The Women in Enterprise session on Negotiation and Knowing Your Worth was delivered and chaired by Krystle Robba, Registrar at the University of Gibraltar and WIE Board Member, and grounded firmly in lived experience rather than theory. Contributions came from Lianne Garcia, Head of Enterprise Services at Gibtelecom, and Danielle Victor, Senior Associate at ISOLAS LLP, bringing perspectives from tech, enterprise and litigation to the table.

The GFSB wrapped up the year in festive style last night at our Christmas Party, kindly sponsored by Capurro Insurance and TTMS. Hosted at MyWines, the evening was a chance for members to unwind, switch off from the day-to-day and enjoy a relaxed catch-up away from meeting rooms and inboxes.

Following the recent Workplace Pensions Clinic delivered by Sovereign Pension Services, they have put together the five questions they get asked most often by local employers when preparing to comply with Gibraltar’s Private Sector Pensions Act. Around fifteen members joined the latest GFSB Self-Employed Group meeting, with discussions centred on regulatory changes, residency requirements, compliance issues and upcoming developments linked to the Gibraltar–EU Treaty.
