Casemates Redevelopment Plan
The Gibraltar Federation of Small Businesses (GFSB) has provided feedback on early ideas for regenerating three key economic areas: Casemates Square, Chatham Counterguard and Main Street. There is currently no fixed brief or defined scope, so this round of consultation is specifically intended to gather feedback that will help shape the project from the outset.

Supreme Court Small Claims
Members have brought to the GFSB Board’s attention that, as of 1 August 2025, the fees for listing hearings in the Supreme Court have risen very substantially. Under the previous regime, small claims were subject to a graduated scale, with listing fees ranging from £25 up to a maximum of £335.
