We have four rooms available. The four rooms can be hired daily between 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

BOOKING POLICY

Guaranteed Bookings: Once confirmed all bookings are guaranteed.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice will recieve a full refund.  Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will incur a 50% fee.

Out of Hours Bookings: Key collection is between 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, by arrangement only.  The GFSB is not responsible if keys are not collected on time.

Room Usage: The rooms are intended for business-related meetings and training sessions only. They may not be used as a base for conducting regular business operations.
