TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Full payment is required no later then on the day of the booking. Payment details can be found on the invoice sent.
The GFSB reserves the right to cancel any room booking at any time, with no charge to the client.
Cancellations with more than 2 weeks in advance will receive a full refund or will not be charged. Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks notice will incur a 50% fee.
Room keys must be collected from the GFSB Office between 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday. Collection times must be arranged in advance with the office. It is the responsibility of the person who booked the room to collect the keys during office hours.
Please ensure the room is tidied up after use, especially between sessions if there are back to back bookings. If the room is left in an unsatisfactory condition, you may incur an additional cleaning charge.
Please inform the GFSB office staff immediately if any items are damaged, as this may result in an additional charge. The GFSB is not responsible for any property lost or damaged while in the GFSB House.
The GFSB is not liable for any adverse reactions to food consumed on the premises.
We kindly ask that all rooms be left in the same condition in which they were found.
The Host is responsible for the room, its contents, and the keys.
